Culinary Oil infused with Cretan Sage

Following the Mediterranean diet, we combine extra virgin olive oil with Cretan aromatic medicinal plants. The cooking oil enriched with sage has an excellent texture and absolute taste balance. The combination of extra virgin olive oil with the hard and spicy flavor of sage leaves give a sweet pineapple aftertaste, with a pleasant aroma.
It can be combined with: roasted poultry, sausages, pasta sauce, pork, cheeses.
It is recommended for use at the end of cooking.
